Shipment Unable to Process in Trucking Info

To proceed with the processing of shipment in Trucking Info, follow the solution below:

  • For Forwarding Transaction (Courier / Air / Sea Freight / Roro), coordinate with the origin to process Air / Sea Freight in the Documentation module for the issuance of a waybill (document number).

  • After the processing in Documentation is complete, the user can now re-process Dispatch in Trucking Info.
